Payment
Payment is accepted through
Paypal. You do not need to be registered with
Paypal to make a payment however. Paypal accepts
credit and debit cards, should you wish to make
a payment by cheque please contact us and let
us know. We will need to wait for cheque clearance
before despatching any goods.
Postage & Packaging
All orders within the UK are subject to a postage
and package charge of £2.50 irrespective
of how many items are ordered. Please contact
us if you live outside the UK as we will need
to discuss relevant charges.
Stock Nappypackers
cannot ensure permanent availability of items,
however, we will endeavour to mark items 'sold
out' on the relevant webpages should this be the
case. If an item is out of stock we will try to
provide the best information available regarding
delivery.
Returns
Items must be returned within
14 days. Customers are asked to supply Nappypackers
with their name, full address and contact details
along with the reason why the item is being returned.

We
recommend that you send the item by recorded or
'signed for' delivery in order that it reaches
us ok, unfortunately we cannot be held responsible
if it goes missing in the post.
Nappypackers will only pay for the cost of the
return postage and packing if the item is either
faulty or damaged.
Design Our
designs are unique and one-offs and we take great
care in the design of our garments. Unfortunately
despite current printing technology there may
be some slight colour variations between those
items shown on the website and those on the finished
articles. Please note that all of our designs
are protected by copyright.
The specification of the babygros and t-shirts
relates to the manufacturer 'Baby Basics'. We
reserve the right to change our manufacturer if
stock becomes unavailable, however, should you
not be happy with the babywear, you still have
a 14 day cooling off period in which to return
your goods.
Legal
Total liability for any claim
howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of
the items supplied to the customer by Nappypackers
together the cost of any postage and packaging.
We shall not be liable for any consequential loss
whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract
or any other way. Nappypackers cannot accept any
liability for a failure to comply with specific
instructions stated on nappypackers.com.
