Your shopping pram is where you keep the babywear or accessories you wish to purchase. On other sites this is often known as a shopping basket.

When you have selected your item, size and quantity, simply click on the small pram icon. The shopping pram is where you keep all your selections until you are ready to purchase. You will not buy any items until you proceed all the way to the checkout process. You can have a look at the contents of your shopping pram by clicking the 'view shopping pram' button.

Check that you've placed the correct items in your shopping pram then click on the 'proceed to check-out' button. You will then reach the page for payment where you need to fill in your personal details and pay by credit card or Paypal.

Providing your item is in stock, expect delivery within 2-3 working days if you pay by credit, debit card or Paypal. If you choose to pay by cheque we will need approximately 7 working days for the cheque to clear before we will despatch your goods.

Click on the design, size and quantity required and proceed to check-out. Print out that page and post to us along with your cheque for payment.

You have a 14 day 'cooling off period' in which to return any items should you not be satisfied. All items should be returned unused with labels intact. Please use the Royal Mail 'Signed for' service to absolutely guarantee delivery of items - unfortunately if you deliver by first class only, we cannnot be held responsible for goods lost in the post. Please email us or telephone us before returning your goods.

We recommend your wash our garments on a 40 degree cycle or cooler and iron on the reverse side. Please do not tumble dry.

All orders are sent by the 1st class Royal Mail recorded delivery to absolutely guarantee delivery.

Within 2 - 3 working days by recorded delivery (this means you'll need to sign for the goods).

For the Royal Mail recorded delivery service we charge £2.50 for delivery no matter how many items you order. We do offer overseas delivery but delivery charges vary. Please therefore contact us in order that we may provide you with a quote for delivery.

A recorded delivery means the postman will need your signature. If you are not in then the postman should leave you a card and your parcel will be held at a depot until a later date. If you do not collect your parcel within a certain time, it will be delivered back to Nappypackers and we will contact you to rearrange delivery.

Rest assured that your details will be held by us and never disclosed to a third party. All payments made on the website will be transmitted in a secure manner as per Paypal's own security policy.
